Which IV drip is right for me?

You do not need to decide in advance. Book a consultation, tell us what you would like to address, and our medical team will recommend a formulation from the table above. If an IV drip is not appropriate for you, we will say so. If you want a drip matched to measured deficiencies rather than symptoms, start with a blood test.

How much does an IV drip cost in London?

Complete drips at our Mayfair clinic run from £260 for Hydration to £790 for the Royal Drip, with most between £290 and £370. NAD+, high dose vitamin C and iron are priced by dose. Add-ons such as glutathione, magnesium, zinc and B12 start at £50. Booking five sessions of the same drip takes 20 percent off, excluding Iron, Royal Drip, Mito Energy, Hair Vitality and high dose vitamin C. The full list is on our pricing page.

How long does an IV drip take?

Most drips take between 45 and 60 minutes. NAD+ is infused more slowly, over 60 to 90 minutes, as this is more comfortable, and an iron infusion takes one to three hours including observation. Allow an additional 15 minutes for your consultation on a first visit.

Does an IV drip hurt?

You will feel a brief scratch when the cannula is placed, much like a blood test. The infusion itself is painless. Some patients notice a cool sensation in the arm as the fluid runs.

How often should I have an IV drip?

This depends on your goals. A one-off recovery drip requires no follow-up, whereas correcting a deficiency such as low iron usually involves a short course followed by repeat testing. Many patients choose a wellness infusion monthly. Our medical team will advise on a schedule during your consultation.

Do I need a blood test beforehand?

Not for most wellness drips. Blood testing is required before an iron infusion and before high dose vitamin C. We also recommend it if you would prefer a drip matched to measured deficiencies rather than symptoms. Our blood testing service is available at the same clinic.

Are there any side effects?

Most patients experience none. Occasionally there may be mild bruising at the cannula site, a metallic taste during the infusion, or a warm flush. Your clinician screens for contraindications beforehand and remains with you throughout the treatment.

Who should not have an IV drip?

We do not treat patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding without specialist review, and IV therapy may not be suitable for people with kidney disease, heart failure, G6PD deficiency or a known allergy to any ingredient. IV drips are not a substitute for diagnosis or emergency care. If you are acutely unwell, seek medical help first. Your individual suitability is confirmed at consultation before any treatment.

Can I have an IV drip at home instead of the clinic?

Yes. Every drip in the table is available through our IV drip at home service across London. The same registered nurses bring the same equipment to your home, hotel or office.
