A pass is one complete ozonation cycle: a volume of blood is drawn, mixed with medical-grade ozone, and reinfused. The number of passes describes how many times that cycle is repeated within a single session, and it is the main difference between our three protocols. A higher number of passes means greater cumulative ozone exposure and a longer appointment. It does not necessarily lead to better outcomes. Which protocol is appropriate is decided by our medical team, following a consultation and a review of your medical history.
Repeats the cycle three times, the shortest appointment and the lowest cumulative ozone exposure of the three protocols. For patients who are new to ozone therapy, our clinicians may begin here and observe how you respond before discussing a longer course.
Repeats the cycle five times, giving greater cumulative ozone exposure within a single session than a 3-pass. Whether it is appropriate is a clinical decision, based on your consultation, your medical history and how you responded to any previous sessions.
Repeats the cycle ten times across 60 to 90 minutes, the highest cumulative ozone exposure we administer within a single session. Appointments are longer, and suitability is reviewed by our clinical team before each session rather than assumed from a previous one.
Within a 10-session plan the cost falls to £400 per session.
Ozone therapy is a complementary treatment. It is administered alongside care from your GP or specialist, not in place of it, and it is not a treatment for any specific condition. Individual responses vary and outcomes are not guaranteed. Every protocol is assessed for suitability at consultation, and some patients will not be suitable for any of them.

A precise four-stage clinical procedure, administered by NMC registered nurses under medical supervision at our Mayfair clinic.
To begin, a small amount of blood is drawn from the patient. This step is similar to a routine blood test and is performed with strict safety protocols to ensure your comfort and well-being.
The collected blood is then mixed with medical-grade ozone (O₃), a purified form of oxygen. This creates an oxygen-rich mixture designed to enhance oxygen utilisation and support overall wellness.
Once the blood is infused with ozone, it is reintroduced into your bloodstream through an IV drip. This allows the ozonated blood to circulate throughout your body, targeting immune function, oxygen metabolism, and inflammation at a cellular level.
