Restore cellular energy with NAD+ IV therapy

As we age, NAD+ levels naturally decline, slowing cellular repair, energy production and cognitive performance. NAD+ IV therapy delivers the coenzyme directly to your cells, supporting three core systems.

  • 01

    Energy and cellular health

NAD+ is the coenzyme your mitochondria use to convert food into ATP, your body's energy currency. Replenishing it can support stamina, recovery and metabolic function.

Mitochondrial function · ATP · Recovery

  • 02

    Cognition and mood

NAD+ supports the brain pathways behind focus, mental clarity and emotional balance. Many patients report sharper thinking and steadier mood within their first few sessions.

Mental clarity · Focus · Mood

  • 03

    Longevity and DNA repair

NAD+ activates sirtuins, proteins involved in DNA repair, gene expression and cellular ageing. Replenishing it may help support healthy ageing at the molecular level.

How NAD+ IV therapy works

Why your NAD+ levels decline

NAD+ is a coenzyme present in every cell, central to energy production, DNA repair and gene regulation. Research suggests NAD+ levels can decline by around half by age 50, with oxidative stress, poor sleep, alcohol and certain medical conditions accelerating the drop. As NAD+ falls, the cellular processes that depend on it, including mitochondrial energy production, become less efficient.

Why IV beats oral NAD+ supplements

Oral NAD+ precursors must survive digestion before reaching the bloodstream, which can significantly limit how much active coenzyme is absorbed. Intravenous delivery bypasses the digestive tract entirely, so the full dose is available for your cells to take up directly.

Why the drip runs slowly

NAD+ infused too quickly causes chest pressure, flushing and nausea, so we run it over 60 to 90 minutes and slow the rate further if you notice anything. Your nurse stays with you throughout. You can sit back, read or work during the session. Read what happens during a NAD+ IV session.

Who is the NAD+ Drip For?

NAD+ suits people whose energy, focus or recovery has slipped and who want to address it at the cellular level. Suitability is confirmed by our medical team in a clinical consultation before treatment.

O1

Persistent low energy

  • ·  Fatigue that sleep and diet have not fixed
  • ·  Long working weeks and burnout

NAD+ is what mitochondria use to make energy. Low levels show up as fatigue first.

O2

Focus and brain fog

  • ·  Slower thinking and poor concentration
  • ·  Mood that dips under stress

Sharper thinking is the change patients report most often in the first few sessions.

O3

Healthy ageing and longevity

  • ·  Over 40 and noticing the decline
  • ·  Part of a longevity or biohacking plan

NAD+ activates the sirtuin proteins involved in DNA repair and cellular ageing.

O4

Recovery and performance

  • ·  Endurance training and heavy blocks
  • ·  Recovering after illness or a heavy period

Often combined with glutathione or a Myers Cocktail in the same session.

Stage Two · 60 to 90 Minutes

Your NAD+ drip

A registered nurse places a small cannula in your arm and the NAD+ is infused slowly in saline. If you feel warmth or pressure in the chest, say so and the nurse slows the rate; it settles within a minute or two. You are monitored throughout.

What Our Clients Say

NAD+ IV Drip in London FAQs

What is NAD+?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of your body. It powers energy production in the mitochondria, helps convert food into cellular energy, activates the sirtuin proteins that regulate repair and ageing, and supports the body’s own DNA-repair mechanisms. Research suggests NAD+ levels can fall by around half by age 50. Our article on the benefits of NAD+ therapy goes into the evidence.

What is a NAD+ IV drip and how is it different from oral NAD+?

A NAD+ IV drip infuses the coenzyme in saline directly into a vein. Oral NAD+ precursors must survive digestion before reaching the bloodstream, which limits how much active coenzyme is absorbed. Intravenous delivery bypasses the digestive tract, so the full dose is available to your cells. We infuse it slowly, over 60 to 90 minutes, because a faster rate is uncomfortable.

How much does a NAD+ IV drip cost in London?

NAD+ at our Mayfair clinic is priced by dose: 250mg is £350, 500mg is £450, 750mg is £550 and 1,000mg is £650. The Cellular Rejuvenation infusion, 250mg of NAD+ with a Myers Cocktail in one session, is £540. Booking five sessions of the same dose takes 20 percent off. There are no hidden fees; a visit to your home or hotel adds a flat £200. See the full price list.

Which NAD+ dose should I start with?

Most people start at 250mg for a first session so the nurse can see how you tolerate it, then move to 500mg for ongoing sessions. Higher doses of 750mg and 1,000mg are used for people who have had NAD+ before and want a stronger session. The dose is agreed with you at consultation and can change between sessions.

Do you offer NAD+ injections?

We give NAD+ as an intravenous drip rather than an intramuscular injection. A drip lets us deliver a meaningful dose, 250mg to 1,000mg, slowly enough to stay comfortable, which an injection cannot. If you have been searching for NAD+ injections in London, the drip is the equivalent treatment. For ten-minute injections of other nutrients, see our vitamin injections.

Does NAD+ IV therapy actually work?

Most patients report increased energy, mental clarity and improved sleep within the first few sessions, with effects building over a course of treatment. Clinical research on NAD+ IV therapy is still emerging, and individual results vary with dose, frequency and starting NAD+ levels. We do not claim it treats or prevents any medical condition.

How often should I have NAD+ IV therapy?

Weekly sessions are typically recommended for the first month, then tapered to a maintenance schedule, often monthly, based on how you respond. Your nurse will agree a plan with you at consultation and review it as you go.

How long does a NAD+ drip take?

Between 60 and 90 minutes, longer than most drips, because NAD+ is infused slowly for comfort. Higher doses take longer. Allow an extra 15 minutes for your consultation on a first visit.

Can I have a NAD+ drip at home?

Yes. We deliver NAD+ IV therapy both at our Mayfair clinic and through our IV drip at home service across London. The same registered nurses bring the same equipment to your home, hotel or office.

Is NAD+ IV therapy safe? What are the side effects?

NAD+ IV therapy is generally well tolerated when given slowly by a qualified clinician. Our clinic is CQC-registered and every drip is delivered by an NMC-registered nurse under doctor-led oversight, with monitoring throughout.
  • Common, mild: a feeling of pressure or warmth in the chest, flushing, nausea or cramping if the drip runs too fast, all of which settle when the rate is slowed
  • Less common: headache, lightheadedness, fatigue or thirst after the session
  • Rare but serious: allergic reaction, which we monitor for throughout the session
Your suitability and any individual risks are reviewed during the clinical consultation before your treatment begins.

Who should not have a NAD+ drip?

We do not treat patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding without specialist review. NAD+ may not be suitable if you have significant heart, kidney or liver disease, or a known allergy to any ingredient. For general guidance on supplements, see the NHS overview of vitamins and minerals. Your individual suitability is confirmed by our medical team before any treatment.

Is NAD+ IV therapy legal in the UK?

NAD+ is a naturally occurring coenzyme found in every cell of the body. While NAD+ for IV use is not currently a licensed medicinal product in the UK, it can be lawfully administered as part of a clinician-led private treatment in CQC-regulated settings under the prescribing authority of a registered doctor.

This page is for general information and does not constitute medical advice. NAD+ IV therapy is administered following a clinical consultation; suitability and dosage are determined by your clinician.
