Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 9 July 2026

1. About Us

IV Drip Clinic London is operated by IV Drip Clinic Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13863784, with its registered office at 83 Uxbridge Road, Stanmore, Middlesex, United Kingdom, HA7 3NH ("we", "us", "our"). Our clinic is located at 27 Hill Street, Mayfair, London, W1J 5LP ("the Clinic").

IV Drip Clinic London is independently owned and operated. We are not part of a franchise network. Every treatment booked with us, whether at our Mayfair clinic or via our mobile service, is provided directly by IV Drip Clinic Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings and treatments provided by us, including IV vitamin drips, IM booster shots, ozone therapy, EBOO therapy, blood testing, weight loss treatment, and related services offered in-clinic or via our mobile (at-home, office, or hotel) service (together, the "Services"). By booking an appointment or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Medical Information and Consultation

Our Services are designed to support hydration, wellness, and general health optimisation. They are not a substitute for advice from your GP or another qualified medical practitioner, and nothing on our website or in our marketing materials should be treated as a diagnosis, a medical treatment claim, or a guarantee of any particular outcome. Individual results vary.

All treatments are administered by qualified medical professionals following an appropriate health assessment. Every client must complete a health questionnaire in advance of their first appointment so that our medical team can assess suitability for treatment. We reserve the right to decline, postpone, or adjust treatment where, in our clinical judgement, it is not safe or suitable for you, in which case you will receive a full refund for that appointment.

Please tell us in advance if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking prescription medication, so we can properly assess your suitability for treatment.

3. Bookings and Payment

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by email using the contact details at the end of these Terms.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible by phone or email.

More than 24 hours' notice: If you cancel or rearrange with more than 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a full refund.

Less than 24 hours' notice: If you cancel, rearrange, or fail to attend (a "no-show") with less than 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee applies:

  • £150, for treatments priced at £150 or more.
  • 50% of the treatment cost, for treatments priced under £150.

Any remaining balance you have paid, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fee, will be refunded to you.

Late arrival: If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may treat this as a late cancellation under the policy above, or adjust your treatment to fit the remaining appointment slot, at our discretion.

We may, at our discretion, waive the cancellation fee in exceptional circumstances (for example, a medical emergency), assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies to you.

5. Mobile IV Therapy (At-Home, Office & Hotel Visits)

Our mobile service brings IV therapy to your home, office, or hotel across London and select surrounding areas.

A call-out fee of £200 applies to all mobile appointments, in addition to the cost of treatment. This fee covers our nurse's travel and time, and is payable in full at the time of booking.

The cancellation policy in Section 4 applies equally to mobile appointments: with more than 24 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund including the call-out fee; with less than 24 hours' notice, the standard cancellation fee described in Section 4 applies.

If our nurse attends your chosen location at the scheduled time but is unable to gain access, or you are not ready to receive treatment within a reasonable period of the appointment time, this will be treated as a no-show. In this case, you will forfeit both the £200 call-out fee and the applicable treatment cancellation fee described in Section 4; any remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Call-out times may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as traffic. We will do our best to keep you updated and ask that you keep your phone nearby on the day of your appointment.

6. Memberships

IV Drip Clinic London offers monthly membership plans (Basic, Advanced, and Pro), each including specified treatments, booster shots, and/or discounts as described on our website at the time you subscribe.

Memberships are for personal, single-user use only and cannot be shared, transferred, or used by anyone other than the named member.

Membership fees are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. There is no minimum commitment period.

You may cancel your membership at any time by giving us at least 14 days' written notice by email to info@ivdrip.uk before your next billing date, to avoid being charged for the following month.

Membership credits do not roll over between billing cycles and must be used within the month they are issued, unless we state otherwise. Membership fees are non-refundable, including for any unused credits within a billing cycle.

The cancellation policy in Section 4 applies to appointments booked using membership credits: late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the credit(s) used for that booking.

7. Refunds

Because our Services are personalised, medical-grade treatments prepared and administered specifically for you, once a treatment has been administered it cannot be refunded, except where required by law or where we are at fault.

Where you are entitled to a refund under these Terms, we will process it to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Formulations and Availability

We use high-quality, medical-grade vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in our treatments. From time to time, we may need to adjust the specific formulation or dosage of a drip or injection due to ingredient availability, without prior notice, provided the treatment remains clinically appropriate and safe. By booking a treatment with us, you acknowledge and accept that such adjustments may occur.

9. Right to Refuse Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse to provide treatment to anyone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behaves aggressively or inappropriately towards our staff, or where our medical team has reasonable clinical grounds to believe treatment is not safe or suitable.

10. Liability

We provide our Services with reasonable skill and care, using qualified medical professionals and medical-grade products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any treatment is limited to the amount you paid for that treatment, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income, business, or opportunity.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, for example extreme weather, industrial action, or traffic affecting our mobile service.

11. Complaints

We take feedback seriously and are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly. If you would like to raise a complaint, please email info@ivdrip.uk with details of your concern. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to provide a full response within 14 days. If you remain unhappy with the outcome, you are entitled to escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory body.

12. Data Protection

We take the privacy of your personal and medical information seriously and handle it in accordance with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR. For details of how we collect, use, and store your information, please see our Privacy Policy or contact us at info@ivdrip.uk.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or for legal and regulatory reasons. The current version will always be available on our website, and continuing to use our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
