How Often Should You Get a NAD+ Drip? What Our Bookings Show

At our clinic the usual pattern is weekly NAD+ drips for the first month, then a maintenance schedule that is often monthly, agreed with your nurse at consultation. Among patients who came back for another drip, our booking records from January 2024 to October 2026 show a median gap of 2.1 weeks (15 days) between visits. The dose and plan for the NAD+ IV drip at our Mayfair clinic are set with you at your consultation.
The usual NAD+ pattern at our clinic
The pattern we usually describe is weekly sessions for the first month, then a maintenance schedule, often monthly. Your nurse agrees a plan with you at consultation and reviews it as you go. The dose is agreed there too: a first session is usually 250mg, and the dose can change between sessions.
A session takes 60 to 90 minutes, with an extra 15 minutes for the consultation on a first visit.
What our booking records show about time between visits
Among patients who came back for another NAD+ drip, the typical gap between visits was about two weeks: a median of 2.1 weeks, or 15 days. The figures below come from our booking records for NAD+ appointments, January 2024 to October 2026, and show the share of the gaps between repeat visits that were no longer than each length:
- 14 days (2 weeks): 49%
- 28 days (4 weeks): 68%
- 42 days (6 weeks): 79%
- 56 days (8 weeks): 80%
- 84 days (12 weeks): 86%
These figures cover only patients who came back for another NAD+ drip. They say nothing about patients who had a single drip, so they describe the gaps between repeat visits, not every NAD+ patient. They show what patients did, not what any one person should do.
What decides your schedule
Your nurse sets your schedule with you at the consultation. The consultation covers your medical history, current goals and any medications, confirms that NAD+ is suitable for you, and agrees the dose. Suitability and any individual risks are reviewed before treatment begins, and the plan is reviewed as you go.
Planning around appointments
The median time from booking to a NAD+ appointment in our records was 1.3 days, and 86% of appointments were for a date within a week of booking. That is measured from when the appointment was booked to when it was due to take place, over bookings from January 2024 to October 2026. You can have a NAD+ drip at our Mayfair clinic or at home across London.
Common questions
What does a NAD+ session involve?
A registered nurse places a small cannula in your arm and infuses the NAD+ slowly in saline over 60 to 90 minutes, monitoring you throughout. If you feel warmth or pressure in the chest, tell the nurse and they slow the rate. Our guide to what happens during a NAD+ drip session covers the visit step by step.
Does the schedule change over time?
It can: the dose can change between sessions, and your nurse reviews the plan with you as you go. The usual pattern moves from weekly sessions in the first month to a maintenance schedule, often monthly.
How do I arrange a consultation?
Your appointment begins with a clinical consultation, and you can arrange it on our appointments page or by calling 020 7581 3877. The clinic is open 7 days, 10:00 to 18:00, at 27 Hill Street, Mayfair.
