To ensure your safety, all prescription weight loss medication is licensed in the UK, and must be prescribed by a UK registered prescriber and shipped directly from a UK based, GPhC registered pharmacy. This helps ensure that our patients are receiving the highest quality medication, with all the necessary information on dosage and dosage instructions.
You will first have a blood test to check your current health and any other relevant factors that may affect your treatment.
Our medical doctor will review your blood test results and any other relevant factors to provide a suitable treatment plan.
If you are suitable for treatment, your doctor will prescribe the medication and provide you with a prescription.
You will have monthly assessments in clinic with our nurses to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan to assist you throughout your weight loss journey.

The 5mg, 10mg and 15mg doses of Mounjaro are the recommended maintenance doses. Your doctor or pharmacist will tell you to remain on your current dose for a minimum of 4 weeks.
These higher maintenance doses will provide greater effects; however, they also come with possible side effects. If your side effects are severe, or otherwise difficult to deal with, your doctor may choose to keep you on a lower dose, or move you back down.
Each injectable pen contains four doses of Mounjaro. This is for one month of treatment, since it is a once weekly dose. Mounjaro comes in either 2.5 mg, 5mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg or 15 mg.
